In the light of the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic, we wish to assure our clients (both existing and new) as well as all our contacts that we are monitoring the developing situation and have resources in place to provide continued service in any type of contingency situation.
The safety and well-being of our employees and our clients will always be our first priority and we will of course follow government guidance on home working; the robust systems we have in place will ensure that this will not affect in any way the quality of our service.
We will regularly update our operating procedures as developments unfold and we are moving towards home working for the majority of our staff for the time being.
Please note that:
- We will look to minimise face to face and external meetings for the time being. Instead we will be using telephone calls or email and, where possible, video calls, as appropriate.
- If a meeting is required, this may need to be with a different member of our team from your original contact depending on circumstances and arrangements in place at such time.
- Our office remains operational.
- We appeal for your continued support in managing our response to COVID-19, but rest assured you can rely upon our ongoing help and advice whenever you need it.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
