Rochelle Carter

Rochelle is head of our property department and specialises in Commercial Property and Corporate Mergers, Sales and Acquisitions along with Residential Property matters. She is experienced in advising clients on grants of new leases, lease assignments, commercial property purchases and sales and advising clients on commercial and residential finance matters as well as on business sales and acquisitions across a range of business sectors including dental practices.

Rochelle is a skilled solicitor who has vast experience in property and commercial law which allows her to understand the needs of her clients and ensuring smooth and efficient transactions.

Experience / Interests

Rochelle joined Rohan Solicitors in 2013 and qualified as a Solicitor in 2016.

Outside of work Rochelle enjoys playing netball, running and spending time with her family.
