Who We Are

Rohan & Co Solicitors was formed in 1997 by father and son Luther and Rupert Rohan. Luther had built a reputation over forty years as being one of the most respected solicitors in the Haywards Heath area: his experience was invaluable in the early days of the Firm and it was firmly established by the time he retired.

In the years following Rupert built upon a network of local clients and contacts from further afield – like his father he had begun his career in London – in order to grow the Firm which, following a change of name in 2013 and move to its current offices in Aberdeen House in 2018, forms today’s Rohan Solicitors LLP.

Aberdeen House itself, apart from being a prime location at the very heart of Haywards Heath, holds a special significance for Rupert – Luther had practiced law for many years from these premises and Rupert now works from the same office that his father once occupied.

Under Rupert’s guidance, the Firm today is a closely-knit team (several of our solicitors – including partner Martyn Gooch – trained and qualified with the Firm) which continues the tradition of complementing the highest standards of legal practice with exemplary client care.
